There are new standards of cleaning and working that must be adhered to for COVID-19 compliance and we abide by these.
This includes our team members wearing gloves, masks and appropriate PPE.

First, we begin with cleaning as this will physically remove dirt, grime, germs, and viruses. This is done with a detergent based solution. The cleanest areas are tackled first and then we move onto the dirtier areas.
Once the cleaning is done, we can begin to disinfect and sanitise surfaces. This will kill germs. Dirt and grime can affect the ability of the disinfectant, which is a chemical, to do its job and kill the germs which is why we clean first and disinfect second.
It’s critical that all “common” areas and surfaces and cleaned and then disinfected. This includes handles and knobs, doors, bathrooms, basins, toilets, kitchens, drawers, dishwashers, tables and chairs and any other common usage areas or items.
